DESIGN 2 | FIGHT 
Inspired by the fighters. Fight or Flight, I didn’t choose this battle. I didn’t want this fight nor did I want to be a part of this group (love you survivors and conquerors). In fact, I did everything I could to not be a part of this group. I ate healthy, I worked out regularly (religiously, actually). I eschewed drugs and alcohol. Destressed and meditated. But here we are. I had no choice. Whether it was environmental factors, growing up in poor housing complexes, genetics, or whatever else - this wasn’t the war I wanted to go to but I was given no other option. And so be it. Backed into a corner, I was always the kid that never brought the fight but was always ready to finish it. That’s still me. Fight. Maybe now that I’m older it hits harder but I know that the cards that we are dealt, we don’t always get to choose. You don’t pick the circumstances that you’re born into, but you get to pick your reaction to it all.
Design 2 is for the fighters. Fighting for our loved ones. Fighting to wake up even when we’re dead tired and treatment is wreaking havoc on our system. Fighting to live another day. I will always fight. 
In the future, you will notice that the cancer ribbon on this design will always be there, but the colors and word will change. I designed this ribbon to be imperfect. Cancer is messy. Treatment is messy. Recovery is messy. Healing is messy. We’ll shed more light on this design, and more, once the entire collection has been released.
